Temple Music is the main project of Alan Trench (Orchis, Howling Larsons, 12000 Days, Selene Heliotrope) and Stephen Robinson (The Beloved, Bug). Their music varies from dark ambient and ritual to krautrock and delicate acoustic instrumentals. Both recorded and live the performance is semi improvised, utilising Tibetan bells, harmonium, shruti box, harp, dulcimers, heavily effected guitars, bass, synthesisers and vintage keyboards. Temple Music treat each concert as a unique event, an attempt to raise the genius loci, and do not repeat shows, no matter how successful.
